I will  bless the Lord at all times !
                                   Psalm 103:1
This is the time that I would devout to sharing my heart with you. And that reminds me of a similar incident, where I was in my very first organization asked by our Personal Manager, to come down from our branch office/factory office and to be in the Head Office for a heart-to-heart talk. Guess what! it was nothing else other than  to issue me  a letter  of  discharge from my service. A very genuine reason off course, with a         " termination of duty for problem with drag addiction..." may have been the probable reason for extermination mentioned in my company personal file. But today when I say... heart-to-heart talk I am not foreseeing that dark hovering cloud which once overshadowed my career and my over-all expectations to rise up on the ladder of fame and glory, now I want to share with you all about how God intervened in my life and changed me inside out for His glory.
A brief introduction of my personality formation revealed many flaws, but glory be to the Living God who worked on me and endeavored to make a man out of me!
Today I can vouch for the saying by Groucho Marx to be true for me," Only one man  in a thousand is a leader of men - the other 999 follow women."

He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap; he seats them with princes, with the princes of their people.
Psalm 113:7-8

This is my story, this is my song!
From being a pauper to a prince now!
From being a drug addict to being a man of God!

Yes this is a true story that i was a drug addict once upon a time but let me tell in Jesus' words,                  " what is impossible for man is possible for"(Matthew 19:26).

For many years I stayed hooked to smoking pot(marijuana), chewing tobacco, and persistent smoking. Mental asylum help was sought by my hopeful father several times but to no avail. Life became miserable for me to live, since I could not find place in good society which shunned these habits. The medical drugs administered at the mental asylum became a snare in themselves, since many times I could not do anything without them. Great jobs (engineer's) with great companies became just an  allusion to me. Life consisted of scorns from my brothers, sisters, parents and my beloved wife, Shubhada. My son was already three years old and my dream house was already on the verge of being crushed. That's when I gathered all my strength and my faith and called upon the name of the Lord and according to Psalm 40:1-3, "I waited patiently for the Lord; he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand. He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear and put their trust in the Lord." And this is the reason why I am writing my testimony, that if there is anyone out there who is like me in deep waters of trouble and can't get out of it, then he/she can confidently call upon the name of the Lord according to Psalm 40:1-3 and receive their deliverance from this snare and abominable drug addiction May God Bless whoever reads this testimony which was written for the glory of the Most High Holy God, Lord Jesus Christ!

From my very first contact with the book called the Bible, I knew it had a message of supernatural power. The Bible told me of Jesus Christ, the One who has transformed my whole life and has given me the assurance of everlasting life with a deep joy and abiding peace. I also found solutions to all ,y life's problems in the Bible.
I want the whole world to read this book and to know Jesus Christ who called Himself the Way, the Truth and the Life. If you will put your trust in Him as I did some years ago, you, too, will experience this abundant life and peace. Jesus Christ lives today and is so real to me!
Knowing Jesus Christ means having peace and everlasting life!

Springs in the Valley

"Thy way is in the sea, and thy path in the great waters." (Psalm 77:19)

"God's path is in the sea"-- just where you would not expect it to be! So when He leads us out by unexpected ways, off the strong solid land, out upon the changing sea, then we may expect to see His ways. We are with One who finds a path as He goes. That is better than having a path already tracked out, for it makes us perfectly independent of circumstances.
There is an infinite variety in the paths God makes, and He can make them anywhere! Think you not that He, who made the spider able to drop anywhere and to spin its own path as it goes, is not able to spin a path for you through every blank, or perplexity, or depression? God is never lost among our mysteries. He sees the road, "the end from the beginning."
Mystery and uncertainty are only to prepare us for deeper discipline. Had we no stormy sea we should remain weaklings to the end of our days. God takes us out in to the deeps; but He knows the track! He knows the haven! and we shall arrive.

                                                    "And with Jesus
Through the trackless deep move on!"

PRAYER
Ernest J. Gruen in Touching the Heart of God, writes about three faith statements about prayer and further claims that when these statements are understood, they will inspire you to believe and will help prayer become a vital, enjoyable part of your Christian life.
   1. Things will be different because I pray. If you pray for your son, your wife, or your husband, things will be different than they would have been. I mean that. Because I prayed for my son this morning, I believe his day will be different than it would have been. I prayed for India this morning, and I believe things will be different in India. Prayer has an effect; it is worthwhile.
   2. The throne of grace is wide open to me. This is an important statement. The throne of grace is wide open to you, and anything on God's heart is available to you - if you pray. Prayer is centered around the throne of grace.
   3. Nothing is born without conception. Natural conception doesn't just happen; there must be a physical union. Similarly, an answer to prayer doesn't just happen; there must be a union with God. prayer is not a hit-or-miss proposition - today I hit, tomorrow I miss. God operates on the basis of principles found in Scripture. If we line up with God's heart and God's Scripture, our spirit is put in union with His Spirit, and conception takes place. Only when conception takes place is an answer to prayer born.
Do these statements inspire more faith in you? They inspire me and make me eager to pray because I know they are true.
